3. No Lock-in Period and Subscription Cancellation

There is no lock-in period for any subscription plan. Clients are free to cancel or discontinue the service at any time without long-term contractual obligations.

However, any outstanding or unpaid balances must be settled prior to disconnection or termination of the service.

4. Bandwidth Policy

All advertised internet speeds are “up to” values. Actual speeds may vary due to factors such as network congestion, location, device limitations, and external interference.

DEJP Network and Data Solution commits to providing a minimum of 60% to 80% of the subscribed bandwidth under normal operating conditions.

5. Equipment Responsibility

All equipment installed at the client’s premises (e.g., modem, router, cables, antennas) shall be the responsibility of the client. Proper care, maintenance, and safekeeping of the equipment must be ensured at all times.

6. Repairs and Technical Support

Technical issues reported by the client will be addressed within the same day or the next day, depending on the situation and accessibility.

Repairs and service maintenance are free of charge, provided the issue is not caused by human error.

7. Human Error and Damage

Any damage to equipment or service interruption caused by client negligence, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or intentional actions will be considered human error.

In such cases, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.

8. Service Availability

While DEJP Network and Data Solution strives to provide continuous and reliable service, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, power outages, natural events, or factors beyond control. The provider will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

9. Acceptable Use

Clients agree to use the internet service responsibly and legally. Any misuse, including illegal activities, network abuse, or actions that may affect other users or the network, may result in service suspension or termination.

10. Modifications to Terms

DEJP Network and Data Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes when applicable.
